Executive Director
Agronomist, climate change analyst, and entrepreneur with a deep concern for the quality of food, water, and air. Iduh leads APEARE with a passion for collaboration and a drive to create lasting environmental impact.
Dr. Betty Adegebo
Director, Climate Action & Strategic Initiatives
Expert in climate dynamics, human health, and urban climate adaptation. Betty focuses on the intersection of climate change and chronic disease prevention, bringing academic rigor and community insight to APEARE’s literacy programs.
Celestine Oluwagbemi
Director of Programs
Agronomist with a passion for environmental sustainability, climate policy, and soil resource management. Celestine champions SDGs 2, 5, 6, 11, and 15, ensuring APEARE’s programs align with global development goals.
David Osemelu
Assistant Director of Programs
David Osemelu is a chemical production specialist with 10+ years of experience in industrial and household water‑related chemical formulations, playing a key role in designing and coordinating our initiative to provide free post‑flood water‑testing kits to rural women to protect them from waterborne risks and help families verify the safety of their drinking water after flooding, while also providing administrative support that strengthens our stakeholder relationship management.

Director, Outreach & Community Engagement
Lecturer at the Federal College of Forestry, Ibadan. Samuel bridges academic research and grassroots action, leading strategic partnerships and outreach efforts that amplify APEARE’s impact.
Adeagbo Ifeoluwa
Program Associate - Digital Engagement & Research
Ifeoluwa is an agricultural economist and data analyst with expertise in climate vulnerability, food security, and policy research. A PhD candidate at the University of Ibadan, she has worked with leading institutions like IITA and the Innovation Lab for Policy Leadership, contributing to national reports and peer-reviewed publications.

North Central Operations Coordinator
Joseph oversees field operations in Nigeria’s North Central region, supporting reforestation and agroforestry programs with a focus on community engagement and impact tracking.
Bunmi (Isaac) Adeusi
Financial & Compliance Officer
Expert in financial reporting, asset management, and regulatory compliance. Bunmi brings precision and strategic insight to APEARE’s financial operations, drawing on years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis across corporate and nonprofit sectors.
